REGISTRATION

Registration must be done through the online ARK Registration form.

Early registration fee (payement before April 15, 2010): 460 EUR
Late rate registration fee (payement after April 15, 2010): 500 EUR

Payment in EUR without any charges to the beneficiary should be made by:

Credit card (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club)
Bank cheque payable to Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre
Bank transfer to Banka Slovenije

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment (or proof of payment).

Cancellation of conference registration, which must include full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Cancellations received no later than May 20, 2010 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the conference. Cancellation received after May 20, 2010 will not be refunded.
